The Building Control & Signage Unit oversees development within the Msunduzi Municipality's boundaries. We are governed by the National Building Regulations, The Building Standards Act No. 103 of 1977 and the Msunduzi Municipality's By-Laws. The unit comprises of 4 Sub Sections namely:
